Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with product manager experience, preferably in an internet or blockchain company.
• Strong interest in trading, blockchain, and the financial industry.
• Solid knowledge in product design and project management, with skills in data analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage resources collaboratively.
• Proactive and responsible attitude towards customers and teamwork.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Chinese is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for crypto asset trading products.
• Optimize risk control rules to improve system efficiency and reduce abnormal event losses.
• Monitor risks and collect feedback post-launch to optimize the risk control system.
• Identify potential risks through real-time market data analysis and implement control plans.
• Coordinate with departments and instruct junior product managers on risk control product methodology.
