Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, video)
- Experience with Canva for presentations or reporting decks (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic reporting
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred)
- Experience with Clockify or similar time-tracking tools
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Preferred: ability to make minor updates using WordPress builders such as Elementor or Divi
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Provide timely updates on tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead and participate in client calls, video meetings, and email communication
- Manage client expectations and ensure a positive overall experience
- Manage and track tasks in Asana to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Monitor client web maintenance hours, ensuring alignment with monthly allocations and proactively preventing overages
- Accurately track and log time in Clockify to ensure proper reporting, billing alignment, and visibility into hours worked
- Build and update client reporting decks using Canva
- Gather and organize data from Google Analytics for monthly reports
- Maintain clear and organized documentation in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Partner closely with Account Coordinators and internal teams
- Communicate updates, blockers, and priorities clearly and proactively
- Perform day-to-day WordPress tasks, including content uploads and basic site maintenance
- Manage WordPress data entry (e.g., adding pages/posts using builders like Divi or Elementor)
- Upload and format blog content following established guidelines
- Conduct routine site monitoring (plugin updates, scans, and mobile responsiveness checks) and escalate issues to the IT team as needed
