- Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role
- Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed measurable sales targets
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Tech-savvy, curious about innovative B2B solutions, and quick to learn new tools
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation environments
- Exposure to North American markets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sequencing tools
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach
- Qualify leads, understand pain points, and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities from first contact through handoff
- Clearly articulate Keycafe’s SmartBox value proposition and how it solves operational challenges
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and booking quotas
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead notes in CRM systems
