  • Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role
  • Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed measurable sales targets
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Tech-savvy, curious about innovative B2B solutions, and quick to learn new tools
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation environments
  • Exposure to North American markets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sequencing tools

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach
  • Qualify leads, understand pain points, and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities from first contact through handoff
  • Clearly articulate Keycafe’s SmartBox value proposition and how it solves operational challenges
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and booking quotas
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead notes in CRM systems
