Responsibilities

  • Research contacts by reading published work or pipelines to find specific details for genuine personalization.
  • Write persuasive, typo-free, and personalized first emails and follow-up sequences.
  • Build and manage sequences in the sending platform, controlling target lists and send volumes.
  • Handle incoming replies, engage with prospects, and book qualified intro calls for the closing team.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate research and improve writing quality while maintaining accuracy.
  • Execute split tests and campaign experiments to drive reply and booking rates.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address list quality or process bottlenecks.
