Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work UK business hours consistently.
  • High-speed internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps).
  • Backup power solution (UPS or similar) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Quiet and professional home office environment.
  • Reliable laptop capable of running CRM systems, outreach tools, and video conferencing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume cold calling as a primary channel for pipeline generation.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Identify and engage high-value decision-makers within target companies.
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads against established criteria.
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Manage and update CRM records with clear activity notes and prospect insights.
  • Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and services to potential clients.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
  • Provide feedback on messaging and campaign performance to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and sales strategy discussions.
