Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales professional.
- Strong B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work UK business hours consistently.
- High-speed internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps).
- Backup power solution (UPS or similar) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- Quiet and professional home office environment.
- Reliable laptop capable of running CRM systems, outreach tools, and video conferencing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling as a primary channel for pipeline generation.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Identify and engage high-value decision-makers within target companies.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads against established criteria.
- Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Manage and update CRM records with clear activity notes and prospect insights.
- Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and services to potential clients.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
- Provide feedback on messaging and campaign performance to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Participate in pipeline reviews and sales strategy discussions.
