  • 2+ years admin experience with Marketo
  • 2+ years admin experience with Salesforce
  • Advanced technical stack proficiency across attribution (Bizible)
  • Advanced technical stack proficiency across ABM (Common Room)
  • Advanced technical stack proficiency across routing (LeanData)
  • Advanced technical stack proficiency across enrichment (Cognism)
  • Advanced technical stack proficiency across database architecture (Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Advanced technical stack proficiency across ETL processes
  • Deep understanding of the Marketo-SFDC sync
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Experience building emails
  • B2B SaaS marketing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of marketing infrastructure
  • Lead the charge in evolving the marketing stack, blending traditional automation with AI
  • Own KPI reporting and full funnel conversion metrics
  • Architect and own the end-to-end campaign engine
  • Design and deploy AI-driven agents to automate operational tasks
  • Spearhead the use of GenAI for dynamic personalization
  • Build the infrastructure for tracking pipeline influence and opportunity attribution
  • Design a scalable lead lifecycle management system
  • Establish a best-in-class scoring engine
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and process for lead orchestration
  • Orchestrate the AI and automation roadmap in lockstep with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Implement a robust data governance framework
  • Institutionalize governance standards for marketing automation and AI
