Requirements
- 8+ years of Marketing, Operations, or Campaign Management experience in high growth environments
- 2+ years admin experience with Marketo
- 2+ years admin experience with Salesforce
- Advanced technical stack proficiency across attribution (Bizible)
- Advanced technical stack proficiency across ABM (Common Room)
- Advanced technical stack proficiency across routing (LeanData)
- Advanced technical stack proficiency across enrichment (Cognism)
- Advanced technical stack proficiency across database architecture (Databricks, Snowflake)
- Advanced technical stack proficiency across ETL processes
- Deep understanding of the Marketo-SFDC sync
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Experience building emails
- B2B SaaS marketing preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of marketing infrastructure
- Lead the charge in evolving the marketing stack, blending traditional automation with AI
- Own KPI reporting and full funnel conversion metrics
- Architect and own the end-to-end campaign engine
- Design and deploy AI-driven agents to automate operational tasks
- Spearhead the use of GenAI for dynamic personalization
- Build the infrastructure for tracking pipeline influence and opportunity attribution
- Design a scalable lead lifecycle management system
- Establish a best-in-class scoring engine
- Own the end-to-end strategy and process for lead orchestration
- Orchestrate the AI and automation roadmap in lockstep with Sales and Marketing leadership
- Implement a robust data governance framework
- Institutionalize governance standards for marketing automation and AI
