Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations support, administrative roles, back-office operations, or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable learning and working with new software tools and systems
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during US business hours overlap
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with financial reconciliations (a plus, not required)
  • Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, or data entry platforms (a plus, not required)
  • Background in finance, banking, BPO, or financial operations (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational tasks within Flowdash workflow queues according to established procedures
  • Process routine administrative tasks including data entry, document organization, and status updates
  • Monitor and respond to operational requests and inquiries following standard operating procedures
  • Support wire processing workflows by preparing documentation and tracking approvals
  • Assist with organizing and filing fund documents, investor records, and operational correspondence
  • Maintain accurate data across multiple systems and flag discrepancies to senior team members
  • Help prepare standard operational documentation using templates and established formats
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and documentation
  • Track task completion against service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when needed
  • Follow detailed process documentation and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
