Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales, or SDR roles
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (80β100 calls/day, strong conversion rates)
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional remote setup
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Spanish language proficiency (highly preferred)
- Experience selling into the restaurant, hospitality, or QSR industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
Responsibilities
- Conduct 60β100 outbound calls daily to prospective restaurant clients
- Book 5β8 qualified demos per week for Account Executives
- Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Support seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Work independently while consistently achieving performance KPIs
