Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales, or SDR roles
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (80–100 calls/day, strong conversion rates)
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional remote setup
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Spanish language proficiency (highly preferred)
  • Experience selling into the restaurant, hospitality, or QSR industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 60–100 outbound calls daily to prospective restaurant clients
  • Book 5–8 qualified demos per week for Account Executives
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Support seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Work independently while consistently achieving performance KPIs
