- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales
- SaaS experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and qualified meeting quotas
- Experience navigating complex organizations to reach decision-makers
- Comfortable making 50+ cold calls a day
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
- Highly organized approach to territory management and lead follow-up
- Familiarity with sales tech stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo)
- Ability to use data to prioritize daily tasks

Responsibilities
- High-volume outbound prospecting (Cold calling, emailing, social selling)
- Qualifying leads and setting high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Building a consistent pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities
- Mastering our value proposition to navigate gatekeepers and reach executives
- Execute a high-velocity outreach strategy to generate qualified discovery calls
- Identify and research target accounts within the retail, grocery, and multi-location sectors
- Personalize outreach at scale while maintaining a high volume of daily activities
- Map out complex enterprise organizations to identify key stakeholders
- Utilize a multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn, and video) to break into high-value accounts
- Experiment with messaging and playbooks to improve conversion rates
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects based on pain points, budget, and authority
- Seamlessly transition qualified leads to Account Executives with detailed notes and context
- Ensure every prospect interaction is logged accurately in the CRM
- Gather insights from conversations to help refine our ICP
- Act as the "eyes and ears" of the company, reporting on competitor moves and market trends
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and messaging resonance
