- Fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable using CRM systems.
- Comfortable using EMR systems.
- Comfortable using digital tracking tools in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on documenting patient details and interactions with 100% accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Contact all new medical referrals and incoming leads from physicians, attorneys, and digital marketing sources to convert them into scheduled evaluations.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with pending leads to maximize conversion rates and ensure patient needs are met promptly.
- Accurately enter, update, and track patient information within CRM, EMR, and internal tracking systems.
- Monitor and report on daily metrics, including call volume, conversions, and total scheduled evaluations.
- Act as a clear and professional link between patients, referral partners (attorneys and physicians), and our internal clinical teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical departments to streamline patient flow and improve the overall intake experience.
