Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account executive, account management, or B2B sales roles
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  • Digitally native and comfortable working across multiple tools daily
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals and maintain pipeline discipline
  • Highly motivated, performance-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and improve
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Email, Slack
  • Experience selling to US-based clients (Preferred)
  • Background in real estate, property management, or related industries (Preferred)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, services, or technical sales environments (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated quota attainment and performance tracking (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation or review processes (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize warm inbound leads from day one
  • Execute consistent follow-up strategies to maintain engagement across long sales cycles
  • Track all activities, notes, and deal stages within the CRM accurately
  • Submit weekly pipeline reports and proactively flag stalled deals
  • Conduct professional video calls and written communication with prospects
  • Build trust and rapport with property managers and decision-makers
  • Deliver clear, compelling product presentations and handle objections effectively
  • Coordinate site visits and manage all next steps in the deal cycle
  • Prepare and deliver proposals quickly and accurately
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across all deals
