Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in business development, or closing roles
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- SaaS sales experience is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
