Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • SaaS sales experience is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
