Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare SaaS experience - healthcare softwares - and ecosystems such as Epic, Redox
  • Effective communicator with an attention to detail
  • Fearless, adaptive attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a partner sales engine
  • Data-driven mentality with experience performing against quantitative metrics
  • Great coachability
  • Experience driving growth within a partner community / ecosystem
  • Technical proficiency with Intellistack products
  • Social media savvy
  • Thrived in partnership roles with pipeline generation & revenue growth as the day-to-day focus
  • Experience with healthcare ecosystems and softwares, particularly around use cases that streamline patient experience for healthcare providers
  • Comfortable working with technical partners who will be building solutions around Intellistack products
  • Growth-minded and quick to roll-up-your-sleeves and learn new things, particularly around Intellistack products – AI and no-code workflows
  • Team player who understands the importance of cross-functional collaboration
  • Curious about technology, and have found ways to scale impact through the use of AI
  • Experience with managing consulting / system integrator partnerships & growth strategies

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage SI partners specialized in healthcare
  • Measure success by partner-sourced pipeline and revenue from these partners
  • Engage with healthcare specialized firms around joint value proposition to deliver solutions for patient experiences, cost savings, and software consolidation
  • Lead sales and delivery enablement and account mapping with partners to prepare them to sell and deliver Intellistack healthcare solutions
  • Drive regular meeting interactions with partners to develop new opportunities and referrals
  • Work with Intellistack AEs and partners to run co-sell plays to develop pipeline/opportunities
  • Use CrossBeam to drive account mapping
  • Leverage AI tools such as Gamma or Claude to scale impact
