Requirements
- 3+ years in bookkeeping or payroll management
- Experience within a SaaS, tech, or digital product environment
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with contractor management platforms (Deel is a significant plus)
- Independent & Disciplined in a remote-first environment
- Structure-Oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll for employees and contractors worldwide, primarily through Deel.
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple group entities and subsidiaries using QuickBooks.
- Oversee accounts payable, process invoices promptly, and ensure seamless coordination with vendors.
- Handle multi-currency reconciliations and ensure bookkeeping consistency across the entire group.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and bring more structure to our international financial operations.
