  • Ability to manage sensitive candidate data.
  • Ensure hires align with security and government-contracting constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and track KPIs.
  • Ability to adjust team strategies to hit aggressive targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment team’s daily activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a hands-on role in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates.
  • Closely follow, track, and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), taking full responsibility for team success.
  • Maintain and update recruitment spreadsheets and tracking tools for real-time accuracy and transparency.
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing professional updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and wins.
  • Ensure the team strictly adheres to operational protocols, including background and police checks for all candidates.
