Requirements
- 5+ years in operations at a fintech, SaaS, or compliance-focused startup
- 2+ years of remote work in globally distributed teams
- Proven experience building structured processes in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Familiarity with process automation tools (Google Sheets, AppScript, RPA frameworks)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of international launches
- Design scalable tax workflows using RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents
- Pilot new operational systems, document workflows, train the team, and scale across regions
- Identify bottlenecks, reduce manual execution time, and implement automation and tooling
- Triage edge cases and escalations, then build systems to prevent them
- Create internal SOPs and operational guides to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience for go-to-market success
