Requirements
- Experience in financial planning and management accounting at a startup or digital/SaaS company.
- Confident work with Stripe and bank statements, assembling full pictures from raw data.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with experience in building and rebuilding financial models.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate financial discrepancies.
- Comfortable working with AI tools.
- Self-sufficiency and the ability to bring order to unstructured environments.
- C1 level fluency in both English and Russian.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's financial model, covering plan-vs-actuals, cash flow forecasts, and scenarios.
- Collect and reconcile data from primary sources such as Stripe, bank accounts, and Revolut.
- Ensure cost structure transparency by making all financial line items traceable to their source.
- Prepare weekly financial reports for the founder and the board.
- Coordinate with accounting and tax functions while implementing quality control processes.
- Document financial processes to ensure the function is transferable.
