Team lead experience
Confident with Xero/Zoho CRM (or similar)
Run recruitment and operations pipelines end-to-end
Comfortable with technology and automations
Communicate clearly
Stay calm
Don’t mind getting your hands dirty

Responsibilities

Handle customer and chef operations: manage inbox/WhatsApp, onboarding, de-escalate issues, keep updates crisp
Manage recruitment flow: source, screen, schedule trials, onboard chefs (and staff)
Perform billing & finance admin: invoice runs, refunds/credits, weekly reconciliation
Maintain and create light automations: use n8n/Zapier flows
Conduct compliance admin: NDAs, contractor packs, KYC/IDs, background checks, sales tax management, tidy files
Lead process building: create SOP's and improve company-wide processes
