Requirements

- Expertise in building personal brands and market positioning
- Ability to write in Richard’s voice and create engaging feed-native content
- High-energy leadership and goal-setting capabilities
- Self-starter mentality, executing daily without waiting for permission
- Experience writing dozens of posts that drove real personal brand growth
- Experience gaining 100k+ followers for a personal brand in the info space
- Experience working inside high-ticket coaching or online education brands
- Experience operating in a fast-paced sales environment that expects results
- Experience managing a large following Instagram page (Tiktok/Youtube/Linkedin experience is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the organic Instagram funnel
- Map out a growth plan for organic Instagram presence
- Establish the brand as an authority to attract the right audience
- Research competitors and do niche research to find what's working
- Strategize the brand across different organic platforms
- Create high-converting, nurturing, and storytelling content (carousels, stories, reels)
- Collaborate and lead the content creation team
- Repurpose content from existing library (posts, clips, images, B-roll footage)
- Optimize and scale the funnel without being salesy
- Track performance and improve KPIs
