  • Deep knowledge of Amazon operations including PPC, SEO, catalog management, design, and merchandising.
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with project/task management platforms such as ClickUp.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts for Amazon brands.
  • Execute growth strategies to drive sales performance.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery for multiple clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for clients.
  • Balance relationship management with operational execution.
  • Mentor and support the broader team through weekly upskilling sessions.
