- Proven experience managing client relationships.
- Ability to deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across functions and geographies.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon operations including PPC, SEO, catalog management, design, and merchandising.
- Excellent organizational and task management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment.
- Familiarity with project/task management platforms such as ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client accounts for Amazon brands.
- Execute growth strategies to drive sales performance.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery for multiple clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams including PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for clients.
- Balance relationship management with operational execution.
- Mentor and support the broader team through weekly upskilling sessions.
