Requirements
- 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- 5+ years of software development experience, including architectural design and technical direction.
- Technically fluent across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web and backend.
- Strong ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, aligned priorities, and shippable increments.
- Understanding of how A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioral data inform product and engineering decisions.
- Experience maintaining a high bar for code quality and system health.
- Developing your own AI fluency and helping your team do the same.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, and opportunities that stretch their skills.
- Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers as a strategic thought partner.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, helping your team instrument features correctly, design reliable tests, and maintain engineering rigor.
- Guide technical direction for GameChanger’s experimentation platform.
- Work with other engineering leaders to improve culture, craft, and engineering practices.
- Attract and onboard top engineering talent, ensuring alignment with values and AI fluency.
