Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential. Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR role. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo is a plus. Understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem is advantageous.
