Requirements:
Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential. Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR role. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo is a plus. Understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to identify qualified leads. Engage with Korean-speaking decision-makers in marketing and sales functions. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Collaborate with marketing teams on localised campaigns for the Korean market. Research target accounts to personalise outreach and increase engagement rates. Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and support pre-sales activities. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
