Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Comfortable handling rejection and quickly moving on to the next opportunity with a positive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Consistent employment with a minimum of 2 years at the same B2B company. Proven and referenceable experience in an SDR Manager role. Strong track record of overachieving sales goals and performance metrics. Excellent telephone communication and active listening skills. Proficiency in using outbound tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
