Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new SDRs Deliver role-specific training on talk tracks, objection handling, and sales tools Create and maintain team playbooks Provide consistent coaching and feedback on script delivery and sales techniques Offer development plans to underperforming SDRs Share best practices across the team Spot-check SDR calls for performance, compliance, and messaging accuracy Build and maintain a call-recording library Ensure team adherence to company policies and quality standards Act as the day-to-day escalation point for SDRs Monitor team alignment, morale, and productivity Flag recurring issues and opportunities to the Head of Sales
