Responsibilities:
Day-to-day leader for a team of 15 remote SDRs Focus on SDR development, performance, and quality Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new SDRs Deliver role-specific training on talk tracks and objection handling Provide consistent coaching and feedback on sales techniques Develop plans for underperforming SDRs Spot-check SDR calls for performance, compliance, and messaging Build and maintain a call-recording library Act as the day-to-day escalation point for SDRs Monitor team alignment, morale, and productivity
