Lead and develop a team of 15 remote SDRs. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new SDRs. Deliver role-specific training on sales techniques and playbooks. Provide consistent coaching and feedback on script delivery and sales techniques. Spot-check SDR calls for performance, compliance, and messaging accuracy. Act as the day-to-day escalation point for SDRs. Monitor team alignment, morale, and productivity.
