7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks. Deep experience optimizing high-stakes conversion flows (checkouts, sign-ups, KYC). History of launching new products or features from scratch. Technical and Design Fluency, with a high bar for UI/UX design. Experience leading without authority and aligning senior stakeholders. Fluent in SQL/Amplitude and using data for problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
