Requirements:
7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks. Deep experience optimizing high-stakes conversion flows (checkouts, sign-ups, KYC). History of launching new products or features from scratch. Technical and Design Fluency, with a high bar for UI/UX design. Experience leading without authority and aligning senior stakeholders. Fluent in SQL/Amplitude and using data for problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the 'Pre-Swipe' Vision for Card Activation and New User Experience. Build 0->1 Growth Bets by launching net-new features for activation. Manage the end-to-end checkout and activation funnel, optimizing for speed and delight. Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, and Compliance. Drive Activation Economics by owning key metrics like Time-to-First-Transaction and 30-Day Activation Rates.
