Requirements:
8-10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. Experience managing and developing recruiters and hiring managers. Significant full-cycle recruiting experience. Proven ability in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, sourcing technology, and candidate assessment methodologies. Project management, stakeholder engagement, and consulting experience. In-depth knowledge of job leveling systems (e.g., Radford), job architecture, compensation benchmarking, and best practices in market-driven rewards. Exceptional communication, coaching, and advisory skills. Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities:
Architect and lead recruiting strategies and hiring plans. Partner cross-functionally with People Partners, Finance, and business leaders. Manage full-cycle recruiting. Drive the design and implementation of recruiting processes, technology platforms, and applicant metrics. Coach, mentor, and enable recruiters and hiring managers. Standardize assessment frameworks, interview guides, and selection criteria. Maintain awareness of market trends in recruiting, talent intelligence, and workforce planning.
