8-10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. Experience managing and developing recruiters and hiring managers. Significant full-cycle recruiting experience. Proven ability in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, sourcing technology, and candidate assessment methodologies. Project management, stakeholder engagement, and consulting experience. In-depth knowledge of job leveling systems (e.g., Radford), job architecture, compensation benchmarking, and best practices in market-driven rewards. Exceptional communication, coaching, and advisory skills. Bachelor’s degree required.
