Responsibilities:
Run full-cycle searches across technical orgs, from intake to offer. Partner with sourcers, coordinators, and hiring teams. Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on role definition, search strategy, market realities, and funnel expectations. Use data to diagnose and improve search. Build pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies. Ensure structured and inclusive search processes. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
