5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with demonstrated success hiring across Engineering and/or Research-heavy teams. Hands-on experience leading global expansion efforts, including hiring across multiple countries or regions. Experience recruiting for at least two of the following domains: Research / ML, Infrastructure / Distributed Systems, Product. Strong technical literacy to understand how modern software systems, APIs, and ML-driven products are built. Proven ability to source and close senior-level and highly specialized technical talent in competitive, international markets. Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping teams sharpen what “good” looks like across different regions. Excellent stakeholder management skills. A builder’s mindset focused on process quality, signal, and long-term scalability.

Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill technical roles. Lead global recruiting efforts across multiple regions. Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and interview plans. Build proactive sourcing strategies for niche and senior-level technical talent. Evaluate candidates for technical depth, impact, and alignment with values. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience across time zones. Use data and funnel metrics to improve hiring velocity. Collaborate with People Ops, Legal, and Finance on compliant global hiring. Help evolve recruiting infrastructure and interview practices.
