5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with demonstrated success hiring across Engineering and/or Research-heavy teams. Hands-on experience leading global expansion efforts, including hiring across multiple countries or regions. Experience recruiting for at least two of the following domains: Research / ML, Infrastructure / Distributed Systems, Product. Strong technical literacy to understand how modern software systems, APIs, and ML-driven products are built. Proven ability to source and close senior-level and highly specialized technical talent in competitive, international markets. Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping teams sharpen what “good” looks like across different regions. Excellent stakeholder management skills. A builder’s mindset focused on process quality, signal, and long-term scalability.
