Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering Own the candidate experience from first engagement through to the interview stage Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns Serve as a strategic thought partner to the business by coaching hiring managers & interviewers on best practices Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity Strategize different ways to enhance our employer brand by building diverse talent pipelines, attending events, generating referrals, and managing community outreach activities
