1-3 years experience influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management, or digital marketing (internships included). Experience working with creator or affiliate platforms (e.g. Superfiliate, CreatorIQ, Salesforce, etc.) a plus. Strong interest in the creator economy, podcasts, YouTube, and social media. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail with a proactive problem solving approach. Initiative-taker with a follow-through mentality. Excellent interpersonal and written communication soft skills. Skilled in forming relationships with and working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in a remote-first or remote-only environment. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot based on changing priorities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Tableau or similar BI platform experience a plus). Previous experience managing vendors and/or clients (references a plus). Comfortable with occasional business travel.
