Requirements:
1-3 years experience influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management, or digital marketing (internships included). Experience working with creator or affiliate platforms (e.g. Superfiliate, CreatorIQ, Salesforce, etc.) a plus. Strong interest in the creator economy, podcasts, YouTube, and social media. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail with a proactive problem solving approach. Initiative-taker with a follow-through mentality. Excellent interpersonal and written communication soft skills. Skilled in forming relationships with and working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in a remote-first or remote-only environment. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot based on changing priorities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Tableau or similar BI platform experience a plus). Previous experience managing vendors and/or clients (references a plus). Comfortable with occasional business travel.
Responsibilities:
Support execution of creator partnerships across podcasts, YouTube, and social platforms. Assist with creator outreach, onboarding, contracting, and campaign setup. Provide brand and product education during partner onboarding. Manage and update CRM systems to track creator campaigns. Ensure accurate tagging, links, and landing pages are live and functioning. Maintain clear communication with creators and agencies. Execute product and merch gifting workflows. Support payment processing and invoicing. Monitor channel performance and collect performance data. Assist with campaign recaps and reporting. Monitor affiliate performance and flag optimization opportunities. Maintain benchmarks and historical performance data. Work cross-functionally with internal teams. Support special projects and initiatives.
