- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including reviewing orders for pricing, item, and delivery accuracy.
- Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to allocate inventory and resolve fulfillment risks.
- Process orders via EDI, customer portals, email, and ERP systems.
- Maintain compliance with retailer-specific packaging, labeling, and documentation guidelines.
- Investigate retailer claims and manage disputes to ensure recovery.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for retail and wholesale customers.
- Support Sales and Account Management on promotions, product launches, and seasonal programs.
