Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3-4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience Strong knowledge of the US and Canadian labor and employment law and compliance standards Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment Workday experience is a strong plus Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary HRBP for GTM + Strategy business unit Partner with leaders to align People strategies with business needs Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives Manage and resolve complex team member relations Support development conversations, performance management, and conflict resolution Own compliance across the US and Canada, including federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with documentation for legal matters and investigations Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes Maintain accurate team member data in Workday Support compensation cycles and workforce reporting Collaborate with HRBPs globally to ensure consistency in practices Support global People initiatives such as performance, DEI, and compensation
