Requirements
- 7 years in digital marketing roles (web, SEO/SEM, digital ads, email, webinars/events)
- 2 years of experience in a team or project leadership capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Life Sciences, or related field
- Demonstrated mastery of digital marketing across web/UX, SEO, SEM, digital display, and paid social
- Deep experience with email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and webinar/event marketing technology
- Track record managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets (> $500K/year preferred)
- Strong analytic mindset; skilled in Google Analytics, tag management, CRM, UTM tracking, and performance dashboarding
- Working knowledge of web content management (CMS), HTML, basic CSS, and digital creative/production workflows
- Expert project and vendor management
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and own digital marketing strategy
- Oversee and optimize the 10x Genomics website
- Lead SEO strategy and execution
- Own SEM and paid advertising campaigns
- Design and execute integrated email marketing programs
- Manage end-to-end webinar program logistics
- Launch and manage digital advertising campaigns
- Serve as the digital SME on integrated campaign teams
- Ensure compliance with GDPR/privacy guidelines
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement
