Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging C-suite executives. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach). Data-driven mindset: Experience analyzing metrics, optimizing processes, and reporting on pipeline health. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
