4-7+ years of B2B SaaS experience in sales development, outbound sales, or pipeline generation. Experience selling technical products to technical or data-driven buyers. Targeted roles such as data leaders, engineering leaders, analytics teams, or technical decision-makers. Comfortable building pipeline from scratch in outbound-heavy environments. Understanding of RevOps fundamentals: CRM structure, lead routing, attribution, sequencing, and reporting. Ability to quickly learn new markets and industries. Strong startup mindset, resourceful, biased toward action, and comfortable with ambiguity. Ability to deliver a concise, compelling pitch for a complex product. Excitement about crypto, data, and building something new.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute outbound and pipeline generation strategy. Act as an individual contributor for prospecting, researching, and booking meetings. Build and evolve a repeatable SDR playbook. Lead market and account mapping for enterprise and mid-market segments. Design and run outbound campaigns across various channels. Partner with RevOps for CRM excellence and scalable GTM processes. Hire, onboard, and manage SDRs as the team grows. Work closely with Account Executives for handoffs and feedback. Leverage AI and data-driven sales tools for outreach optimization.
