5–7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation Hands-on expertise with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads, etc.) Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and full-funnel performance measurement and optimization (Tableau, MMM, MTA, ROAS) Pioneering approach to identify opportunities, run tests, and translate findings into scalable strategies Proven track record building, managing, and optimizing multichannel digital strategies Ability to design and execute a strategic vision for paid digital channels and adopt emerging technologies Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
