Requirements:
6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, responsible for demand generation or growth marketing. Proven success marketing to enterprise-level customers. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting). Hands-on experience with Webflow (landing page creation and optimization). Deep understanding of paid media, SEO/AEO, retargeting, content syndication, acquisition channels, analytics and attribution. Analytical, data-driven mindset. Excellent project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. Launch and optimize paid media campaigns. Design retargeting, nurture and content syndication programs. Launch and test an ABM pilot. Explore and test new acquisition channels. Lead SEO and AEO efforts to grow organic traffic and improve search visibility. Analyze search and site performance, and optimize site structure and content. Contribute to marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurture programs in HubSpot. Build and maintain landing pages and microsites using Webflow. Measure and optimize campaign performance across all channels. Report on core metrics: pipeline contribution, MQL volume, CAC efficiency, and ROI. Collaborate with the team to develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Continuously test new strategies, tools, creative approaches and campaign tactics.
