Requirements:
7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with significant ownership of ABM programs. Located within two hours of the US eastern time zone. Strong command of digital advertising platforms and website experimentation tools. Proven ability to build, execute and measure full-funnel account-based programs. Excellent communication, project-management, and stakeholder-alignment skills. Deep expertise in HubSpot.
Responsibilities:
Own the strategy and execution of ABM programs for strategic accounts. Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns for awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Partner with Sales and Customer Success on coordinated plays. Continuously optimize funnel performance, audience targeting, and conversion rates. Develop and execute an account-based digital program. Improve website conversion paths, landing pages, and personalized account experiences. Shape marketing operations and reporting dashboards. Build dashboards to track funnel health, ABM engagement, and revenue contribution. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
