Requirements:
3+ years in direct field sales or client onboarding role, preferably in healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech. Strong project management skills, organized and process-oriented. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience with CRM, onboarding tools, or health-tech platforms is a plus. Client-centric approach and passion for client success. Collaborative nature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close. Build trust with practice owners and operators. Work cross-functionally with product, integrations, and implementation teams. Develop repeatable sales motions based on market feedback. Help shape the sales playbook and CRM hygiene. Leverage warm intros and industry relationships, as well as outbound prospecting. Be accountable to outcomes: closed practices, activated users, and financed dollars.
