Work with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Produce analysis comparing job market needs to existing training infrastructure. Work with Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns. Engage in the contracting process post signature. Treat inbound inquiries with importance and a long-range mindset. Develop deal timelines and meet deal milestones. Consultative and relationship building to understand customer pain points. Collect insights from users for product development. Own opportunities from start-to-finish.
