Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting 1+ years experience in provider relations, provider services or provider recruiting, and working cross-functionally to drive growth and expansion Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in a healthcare environment (Bonus) Experience in credentialing function and credentialing software (Bonus)
Responsibilities:
Leverage demographic data to target provider recruiting for network adequacy. Deploy recruiting activities in defined expansion regions. Assess potential provider capabilities, workflows, and staffing. Develop targeted outreach strategies to attract high-quality providers. Perform daily outreach and contact with potential providers. Document provider outreach activities and manage data in a CRM system. Pitch the network to prospective providers and guide them through the joining process. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
