Feasibility Analyst

Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. 2-5 years of work experience in a real estate, construction, or related field. Direct professional experience in residential construction. Ability to review project plans and specifications. Experience in construction contracts and scopes of work. Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills (internal, external emails, phone calls). Track record as a self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity. Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment of rapid change.

Review submitted scope of work and conduct due diligence using photos and inspection data. Analyze proposed construction projects, including plans, permits, timelines, budgets, and scoping. Make independent decisions to mitigate construction project risks and approve projects. Deliver analysis to the Valuation Department and collaborate on concerns. Provide feedback to Underwriting and Risk Departments for improvement. Communicate regularly with clients as a brand ambassador.
