Feasibility Analyst

Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. 2-5 years of work experience in a real estate, construction, or related field. Direct professional experience in residential construction. Ability to review project plans and specifications. Experience in construction contracts and scopes of work. Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills. Track record as a self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity. Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Review borrower-submitted scope of work and conduct due diligence using photos and third-party inspection data. Analyze proposed construction projects, including project plans, permit requirements, timelines, budgets, and scoping. Establish mitigation of risk for proposed construction projects and make approval decisions. Deliver analysis to the Valuation Department and collaborate to resolve concerns. Provide feedback to Underwriting and Risk Departments to improve project screening and risk modeling. Communicate regularly with clients as a brand ambassador.
