Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a significant plus. Advanced proficiency in monday.com for project tracking and oversight. Hands-on experience setting up automation and workflows within Salesforce. Deeply adapted to AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and experienced in setting up software integrations (Zapier, APIs). First-class verbal and written English communication skills, capable of drafting correspondence indistinguishable from CEO's voice. Understanding of basic business accounting principles and scaling professional services firms. Proactive, self-directed, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and possessing high professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
