Requirements
- Individual contributor designer with exemplary experience designing, evolving and innovating user interfaces
- Ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques
- Impeccable portfolio of product design work showcasing holistic, scalable systems and masterful understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals
- Masterful communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with expert ability to autonomously take ownership of design for complex domains and multiple projects
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with product and engineering counterparts
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions (preferred)
- Embody and demonstrate core values at Remote
Responsibilities
- Lead all design for your domain
- Increase the level of team maturity through mentoring
- Partner effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Be self-driven and have a keen ability to work with minimal supervision
- Create user flows that range from low-fidelity wireframes to full-fidelity, pixel-ready designs
- Contribute to creating and maintaining our design system
- Collaborate closely with engineering to build scalable, polished components
- Leverage AI prototyping as a tool for exploring conceptual ideas
