Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in software interface design or development.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead comprehensive user-centered designs.
- Experience shipping high-quality user interfaces and flows systematically.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Builder mindset with a track record of driving initiatives with resilience and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Computer Interaction or Design (preferred).
- Experience at a SaaS software company serving B2B customers (preferred).
- Ability to travel approximately 5%.
Responsibilities
- Use customer and product expertise to contribute early and often to your product team's roadmap.
- Independently scope work and use UI best practices to design multi-page or multi-state experiences.
- Utilize and help evolve the design system.
- Lead or co-lead research initiatives to inform design decisions.
- Clearly document and articulate decision-making to diverse audiences.
- Independently manage feedback and escalate risks appropriately.
- Design and facilitate team discussions to solve challenges.
- Establish commitments with PM and Engineering partners to deliver successful projects.
