Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design or UX, with a portfolio showcasing shipped, high-impact work.
- Proven ability to own projects independently, from discovery through execution and iteration in cross-functional settings.
- Experience designing for complex domains such as enterprise tools, internal platforms, B2B SaaS, or workflow-heavy systems.
- Strong discovery and research skills, including user observation, process mapping, and problem framing.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including systems thinking, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.
- Familiarity with AI tools integrated into design workflows and iterative product development.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their implications for design decisions.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity while creating structure and clarity through design.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design execution across complex internal and provider-facing platforms.
- Lead discovery efforts by embedding with users, conducting research, mapping workflows, and identifying core operational pain points.
- Translate complex systems, data structures, and operational workflows into intuitive, actionable user interfaces.
- Define, prototype, and validate design solutions iteratively, balancing speed with usability and technical feasibility.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to shape problem definitions and deliver measurable product outcomes.
- Drive design decisions through development, including Figma workflows, design systems usage, prototyping, and design QA.
- Connect design work to business and user outcomes through qualitative and quantitative measurement.
- Contribute to design culture through critiques, documentation, and system improvements.
