- Lead trade shows and event planning and execution for the Provider Solutions business unit
- Collaborate with the VP of Events to determine event participation, rationale, objectives, and success metrics
- Support Sales and Marketing strategies by facilitating participation in key trade shows and events
- Manage end-to-end trade shows and events logistics and execution
- On-site management of trade shows and events to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor and report on trade show and event budgets at the event level
- Assist with marketing program execution such as collateral development, direct mail/email campaigns and digital marketing
- Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications for pre-show and post-show communications
- Travel to various trade shows to manage logistics
- Evaluate event performance based on marketing/sales objectives and KPIs
- Present and speak to internal and external stakeholders
