Oversee ad trafficking and campaign delivery across platforms such as GAM360, Prebid, SSPs, and DSPs. Lead, mentor, and develop specialists and coordinators focused on ad campaign trafficking, QA, yield optimization, and reporting. Define, implement, and enforce best practices for campaign management, inventory packaging, and monetization. Lead revenue optimization initiatives including technical troubleshooting, ad unit opportunity identification, forecasting, yield analysis, and pricing strategies. Partner with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence to align ad delivery with client goals and business objectives. Lead internal projects such as process automation, trafficking workflow improvements, and reporting enhancements. Monitor performance, improve KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), brand safety standards, and platform policies. Represent Ad Operations in client and partner discussions as a subject matter expert.
